The Alumni Association of Beihang University was founded on October 25, 1985. It is a national first-class community with a legal personality approved by and registered in the Ministry of Civil Affairs in May 1993.
As of now (September 2025), the association has developed 54 regional branches domestically, covering 29 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions. The association also establishes 12 overseas branches in 8 countries including the United States, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. Besides, 17 alumni organizations in various industries are established to strengthen the bond between alumni and the university.
The missions of the association focus on carrying forward the fine tradition and study style of Beihang University, including but not limited to the following:
